Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HES6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HES6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZYXP1, RNU6-778P, and RNU7-164P. Each is linked with HES6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HES6-to-partner and partner-to-HES6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZYXP1 grouped by HES6-low versus HES6-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HES6→partner) and Y-score (partner→HES6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
