HES6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HES6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HES6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA31E1, STH, and LILRA1. Each is linked with HES6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HES6-to-partner and partner-to-HES6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA31E1 grouped by HES6-low versus HES6-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HES6→partner) and Y-score (partner→HES6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
