HES3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HES3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HES3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC14C, SNORD111, and MIR1229. Each is linked with HES3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HES3-to-partner and partner-to-HES3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDC14C grouped by HES3-low versus HES3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HES3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HES3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
