Across TCGA cell cohorts, HES3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HES3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R3A and CXorf51A. Each is linked with HES3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HES3-to-partner and partner-to-HES3 results are reported.
