HES2

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HES2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,550 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HES2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Bundle of His cell-Purkinje myocyte adhesion involved in cell communication, NMDA selective glutamate receptor signaling pathway, and Cardiac muscle cell-cardiac muscle cell adhesion. Each is linked with HES2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HES2-to-partner and partner-to-HES2 results are reported.
