HERPUD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HERPUD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 692 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HERPUD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-139P, HMGB3P8, and LINC01899. Each is linked with HERPUD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HERPUD1-to-partner and partner-to-HERPUD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-139P grouped by HERPUD1-low versus HERPUD1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HERPUD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HERPUD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
