HERC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HERC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HERC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCE2A, CCDC140, and IL9. Each is linked with HERC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HERC4-to-partner and partner-to-HERC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCE2A grouped by HERC4-low versus HERC4-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HERC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HERC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
