HERC2P9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HERC2P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,067 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HERC2P9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, MINK1_S778, and PALM. Each is linked with HERC2P9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HERC2P9-to-partner and partner-to-HERC2P9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HERC2P9→partner) and Y-score (partner→HERC2P9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
