Across TCGA patient cohorts, HERC2P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,258 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HERC2P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA-templated transcription elongation, Obsolete histone modification, and Regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with HERC2P5 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HERC2P5-to-partner and partner-to-HERC2P5 results are reported.
