HERC2P3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HERC2P3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HERC2P3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, STAT3_pY705, and eIF4E. Each is linked with HERC2P3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HERC2P3-to-partner and partner-to-HERC2P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by HERC2P3-low versus HERC2P3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HERC2P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HERC2P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
