HERC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HERC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,628 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HERC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB29, TBL1X, and BBS4. Each is linked with HERC2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HERC2-to-partner and partner-to-HERC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAB29 grouped by HERC2-low versus HERC2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HERC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HERC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
