HERC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HERC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,061 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HERC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMA3, DTWD2, and RRM2. Each is linked with HERC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HERC1-to-partner and partner-to-HERC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMA3 grouped by HERC1-low versus HERC1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HERC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HERC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
