HERC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HERC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,722 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HERC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAD2L2, CSH1, and SCLY. Each is linked with HERC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HERC1-to-partner and partner-to-HERC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAD2L2 grouped by HERC1-low versus HERC1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HERC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HERC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
