The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher HEPN1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HEPN1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, SKCM, and PRAD are the cancer types where HEPN1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
