Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEPH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,083 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HEPH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HEPH_S1145, HEPH_S1150, and RSU1. Each is linked with HEPH in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEPH-to-partner and partner-to-HEPH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HEPH versus HEPH_S1145 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
