Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEPH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,033 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HEPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL3A1, MYL9, and ACTA2. Each is linked with HEPH in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEPH-to-partner and partner-to-HEPH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HEPH versus COL3A1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
