Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEPH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,151 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HEPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCN4B, TIPIN, and TROAP. Each is linked with HEPH in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEPH-to-partner and partner-to-HEPH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCN4B grouped by HEPH-low versus HEPH-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
