Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEPH mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, Cyclin-B1, and Stathmin. Each is linked with HEPH in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEPH-to-partner and partner-to-HEPH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rad50 grouped by HEPH-low versus HEPH-high in UCEC.
