HEPH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HEPH RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,351 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are RETSAT, CEMIP, and PLSCR4. Each is linked with HEPH in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEPH-to-partner and partner-to-HEPH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HEPH versus RETSAT in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
