Across TCGA cell cohorts, HEPH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 508 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALR3, OR1L3, and ADAM7. Each is linked with HEPH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEPH-to-partner and partner-to-HEPH results are reported.
