HEPACAM

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEPACAM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,786 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEPACAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, CBY1, and C22orf31. Each is linked with HEPACAM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEPACAM-to-partner and partner-to-HEPACAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HEPACAM versus PRODH in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEPACAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEPACAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
