HENMT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HENMT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,444 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HENMT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMA5_S16, CSK, and PIK3CD. Each is linked with HENMT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HENMT1-to-partner and partner-to-HENMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HENMT1 versus PSMA5_S16 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HENMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HENMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
