HENMT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HENMT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 326 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HENMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITIH5, SLC6A11, and RBAK. Each is linked with HENMT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HENMT1-to-partner and partner-to-HENMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HENMT1 versus ITIH5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HENMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HENMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
