Across TCGA cell cohorts, HENMT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,288 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HENMT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Galactolipid catabolic process, Nitrate metabolic process, and Antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity. Each is linked with HENMT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HENMT1-to-partner and partner-to-HENMT1 results are reported.
