HEMGN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEMGN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,493 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEMGN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APOB, SLC4A1, and SPTB. Each is linked with HEMGN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEMGN-to-partner and partner-to-HEMGN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HEMGN versus APOB in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEMGN→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEMGN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
