HEMGN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEMGN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,871 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEMGN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB42, LINC01770, and SHISAL1. Each is linked with HEMGN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEMGN-to-partner and partner-to-HEMGN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HEMGN versus ZBTB42 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEMGN→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEMGN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
