Across TCGA cell cohorts, HEMGN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,875 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HEMGN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phosphatidylserine acyl-chain remodeling, Regulation of RNA splicing, and Regulation of ATPase-coupled calcium transmembrane transporter activity. Each is linked with HEMGN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEMGN-to-partner and partner-to-HEMGN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Phosphatidylserine acyl-chain remodeling grouped by HEMGN-low versus HEMGN-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
