HELZ2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HELZ2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,739 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HELZ2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAF1A, GAS2L1, and BCL11A. Each is linked with HELZ2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HELZ2-to-partner and partner-to-HELZ2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHAF1A grouped by HELZ2-low versus HELZ2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HELZ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HELZ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
