HELT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HELT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 736 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HELT-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL198P, TRAJ29, and TIMM9P3. Each is linked with HELT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HELT-to-partner and partner-to-HELT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HELT→partner) and Y-score (partner→HELT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
