HELT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HELT mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,571 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HELT-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF14, SGIP1, and SLC24A1. Each is linked with HELT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HELT-to-partner and partner-to-HELT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HELT→partner) and Y-score (partner→HELT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
