HELQ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HELQ RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,606 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HELQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIN54, COPS4, and G3BP2. Each is linked with HELQ in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HELQ-to-partner and partner-to-HELQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HELQ versus LIN54 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HELQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→HELQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
