HELLS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HELLS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HELLS-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, eIF4E, and S6_pS240_S244. Each is linked with HELLS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HELLS-to-partner and partner-to-HELLS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by HELLS-low versus HELLS-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HELLS→partner) and Y-score (partner→HELLS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
