HELLS

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HELLS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,153 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HELLS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA-directed DNA polymerase activity, DNA replication initiation, and Double-strand break repair. Each is linked with HELLS in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HELLS-to-partner and partner-to-HELLS results are reported.
