Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEIH RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,153 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEIH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Bile acid signaling pathway, Response to actinomycin D, and Peroxisome fission. Each is linked with HEIH in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEIH-to-partner and partner-to-HEIH results are reported.
