HECW1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HECW1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,908 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HECW1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGA11, SFXN3, and CNN2. Each is linked with HECW1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HECW1-to-partner and partner-to-HECW1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HECW1 versus ITGA11 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HECW1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HECW1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
