Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HECW1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,847 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HECW1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC35F3, GNG5P2, and PAK6. Each is linked with HECW1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HECW1-to-partner and partner-to-HECW1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HECW1 versus SLC35F3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HECW1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HECW1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
