HECW1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HECW1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,431 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HECW1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AUNIP, PRC1, and ANLN. Each is linked with HECW1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HECW1-to-partner and partner-to-HECW1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AUNIP grouped by HECW1-low versus HECW1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HECW1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HECW1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
