Across TCGA cell cohorts, HECW1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,969 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HECW1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of complement-dependent cytotoxicity, Elastin metabolic process, and Regulation of ATP-dependent activity. Each is linked with HECW1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HECW1-to-partner and partner-to-HECW1 results are reported.
