HECTD4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HECTD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,900 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HECTD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL15RA, IL15, and TNFSF13B. Each is linked with HECTD4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HECTD4-to-partner and partner-to-HECTD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HECTD4 versus IL15RA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HECTD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HECTD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
