HECTD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HECTD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,283 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HECTD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKS2, PBK, and CCNB1. Each is linked with HECTD4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HECTD4-to-partner and partner-to-HECTD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CKS2 grouped by HECTD4-low versus HECTD4-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HECTD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HECTD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
