HECTD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HECTD4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 94 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HECTD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, Cyclin-B1, and INPP4B. Each is linked with HECTD4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HECTD4-to-partner and partner-to-HECTD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by HECTD4-low versus HECTD4-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HECTD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HECTD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
