HECTD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HECTD4 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,206 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HECTD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRRAP, MYO5C, and CACNA1H. Each is linked with HECTD4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HECTD4-to-partner and partner-to-HECTD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRRAP grouped by HECTD4-low versus HECTD4-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HECTD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HECTD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
