Across TCGA patient cohorts, HECTD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,563 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HECTD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TINF2, UROD, and SNX7. Each is linked with HECTD3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HECTD3-to-partner and partner-to-HECTD3 results are reported.
