HECTD3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HECTD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,025 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HECTD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFAP4, TTI1, and RBMX. Each is linked with HECTD3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HECTD3-to-partner and partner-to-HECTD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HECTD3 versus TFAP4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HECTD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HECTD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
