HECTD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HECTD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,957 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HECTD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRBJ2-1, TRBJ2-2P, and TRAV38-1. Each is linked with HECTD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HECTD3-to-partner and partner-to-HECTD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRBJ2-1 grouped by HECTD3-low versus HECTD3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HECTD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HECTD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
