Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEATR6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,656 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEATR6-associated genes across cancer lineages are COIL, H3-3B, and PTRH2. Each is linked with HEATR6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEATR6-to-partner and partner-to-HEATR6 results are reported.
