HEATR6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEATR6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEATR6-associated genes across cancer lineages are Snail, c-Kit, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with HEATR6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEATR6-to-partner and partner-to-HEATR6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Snail grouped by HEATR6-low versus HEATR6-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEATR6→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEATR6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
