HEATR6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HEATR6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEATR6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYBPC3, MYF5, and IFNA16. Each is linked with HEATR6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEATR6-to-partner and partner-to-HEATR6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYBPC3 grouped by HEATR6-low versus HEATR6-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEATR6→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEATR6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
