HEATR5A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEATR5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,800 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEATR5A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FEZ2, FERMT2, and ARHGAP5. Each is linked with HEATR5A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEATR5A-to-partner and partner-to-HEATR5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HEATR5A versus FEZ2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEATR5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEATR5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
