Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEATR5A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,001 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HEATR5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRP54, SEC23A, and AP4S1. Each is linked with HEATR5A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEATR5A-to-partner and partner-to-HEATR5A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HEATR5A versus SRP54 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEATR5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEATR5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
